Modeling MVP, the "minimum viable product"

It’s been a tough month. Fortunately, Agile methodologies (and yoga, and Brene Brown) help me to move forward. Today I launch this website, and my first, totally imperfect video, as an example of living MVP, kaizen, iterative change, and just being a freaking human.
